Espresso Catering Menu

Our Basic Drinks

Espresso: Ground and pulled upon your request, and delicious on its own, this rich nectar is the base upon which all our drinks are based.

Caffe con Panna: A shot of our espresso topped with whipped cream.

Caffe Macchiato: A shot of our espresso topped with a dollop of foam of the milk of your choice.

Caffe Americano: Two shots of our espresso topped with hot water - a smoother alternative to ‘drip’ coffee.

Caffe Latte: Two shots of our espresso topped with steamed milk of your choice and a layer of foam.

Cappucino: Two shots of our espresso poured immediately with steamed milk, making it lighter and more foamy than our latte.

Caffe Mocha: Two shots of our espresso blended with Ghiradelli chocolate sauce, steamed milk of your choice, and topped with whipped cream.

White Chocolate Mocha: Two shots of our espresso blended with Ghiradelli white chocolate sauce, steamed milk of your choice, and topped with whipped cream.

Latte Macchiato: Freshly steamed milk topped with one or two shots of our delicious espresso.

Milk: We pride ourselves in offering certified organic dairy and non-dairy products, including 2%, non-fat, half and half, and soy milk.

Flavorings: Based on our knowledge and desire for the perfect tasting flavored espresso drink, we chose to include Torani Italian syrups in our list of ingredients. Torani syrups are made from all-natural flavoring extracts sourced from around the world and carefully blended to achieve the most authentic flavor possible. All Torani syrups are fat-, alcohol- and caffeine-free. Flavorings we have chosen to present include: Butterscotch, Cinnamon, Crème de Menthe, Ginger Spice, Macadamia Nut, Toasted Walnut. In sugar-free form, we have Almond, Caramel, English Toffee, Hazelnut, Irish Crème, and Vanilla.

Suggested Variations: It would be our pleasure to help your guests in creating a drink of their very own! Our professional barista can help your guests sort through the variety of drinks available, as well as give suggestions on how the beverages can be altered. Your guests' delight is our number one priority. For example... add any flavor to your latte. How does a toasted-walnut latte sound? You can add flavor and also change the type of milk...a sugar-free caramel non-fat latte? Want to add whip cream to your latte, you can do that too!!! Nothing is too crazy! How about adding almond syrup to your mocha an almond mocha! YUMMY!!!

As the owner of Kybele Espresso Services, you may wonder what my favorite drink concoction is? It is a soy vanilla latte with whip cream, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon... Give it a try!!! It's delicious!!! (and also shows you that no drink is too complicated for us to create!)
