What is a Hookah bar?

Hookah bars originated in the Middle East, Turkey and India, but are now gaining a huge following in Europe and the US. They are lounges dedicated to relaxing, chatting, communing and most importantly smoking a hookah pipe. Most hookah pipes are large water pipes with multiple mouth-pieces attached with long hoses. They are meant to be shared while smoking either flavored tobacco or tobacco-less herbs.
